TEA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustaining Tooling Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of tooling projects supporting our existing product lines. You will drive initiatives to enhance tooling reliability, improve manufacturing efficiency, and reduce costs, ensuring the continued quality and deliverability of our products. This includes coordinating with engineering, production, suppliers, and external vendors, managing project schedules and budgets, and mitigating risks. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our manufacturing processes through innovative tooling solutions, contributing directly to TEA's operational excellence and product longevity. Exigences
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
* 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within tooling or manufacturing environments.
* Proven track record managing tooling development, modification, and maintenance projects from concept to completion.
* Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, stamping, machining) and tooling design principles.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external vendors.
* Proficiency in project management software and methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and mitigate risks effectively.
