Mission
To lead and accelerate the acquisition of high-impact talent across all strategic functions to support sustainable organizational growth and business excellence. This role is dedicated to securing critical competencies, elevating employer brand equity, and optimizing the candidate journey through a data-driven approach and innovative recruitment methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Define and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for critical talent pools and high-level leadership roles.
Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with senior business leadership and functional heads to calibrate requirements and formalize rigorous job descriptions and scorecards.
Multi-Channel Sourcing: Orchestrate comprehensive sourcing strategies, including proactive headhunting, talent pooling, employee referrals, and strategic networking.
Assessment Excellence: Implement a robust evaluation framework comprising pre-screening, structured competency-based interviews, technical assessments, and professional reference checks.
Experience Optimization: Enhance the end-to-end candidate experience (minimizing lead times, ensuring transparent feedback) and foster strong candidate-manager synergy.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key TA metrics: Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, conversion rates, candidate NPS, diversity metrics, and Cost-per-Hire.
HR Innovation: Contribute to broader HR transformation initiatives, including digital employer branding, ATS optimization, process automation, and continuous improvement cycles.
Vendor Management: Lead and coordinate internal recruitment teams, external search firms, and service providers as required.

Exigences

Candidate Profile
Education: Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: A proven track record in recruitment or HR management within high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
Expertise: Deep specialized knowledge in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse and complex organizational structures.
Business Fluency: Ability to engage credibly with cross-functional experts and C-suite leadership, demonstrating a strong grasp of business enjeux and operational challenges.
Attributes: Results-oriented with a sharp business acumen, professional rigor, and natural leadership.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing capabilities.
Languages: Professional proficiency in English is required.
